User Agreement for Philippine Players

newjil is an online gaming platform designed for and accessible to players in the Philippines. The platform operates within applicable regulatory frameworks governing online gaming in the Philippine market. All gaming activities on newjil are strictly for entertainment purposes for adults aged 21 years and above.

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the newjil website at newjil.app, including all games, features, wallet functionality, promotions, and support services accessible through it.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the newjil platform following successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Player Wallet" means the in-platform balance held in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) associated with a registered newjil Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, which newjil is required to conduct on all registered players prior to permitting deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin credits, or wagering incentives credited to a Player's account subject to bonus-specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which use of the newjil platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Applicable Law" means all statutes, regulations, regulatory guidance, and orders applicable to online gaming in the Philippines, including those issued or enforced by PAGCOR.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a newjil Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in line with Philippine regulatory requirements for casino-style online gaming. newjil does not permit access to players under 21.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming of the type offered by newjil is not prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of newjil or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the newjil platform, either voluntarily through self-exclusion or by decision of newjil.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion program with newjil or any other gaming platform through which you are prohibited from gambling.

3 Account Registration & KYC

To access gaming and financial services on newjil, you must complete the registration process and pass KYC identity verification. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide: your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, and your residential address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement.

3.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal or upon reaching applicable transaction thresholds, newjil will require you to submit identity verification documents. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID). newjil may also request proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is strictly limited to one registered newjil Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's details — is prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of this Agreement. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure, and any balance held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited without appeal.

3.4 Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your contact details, address, or payment methods change, you must update your account information promptly via account settings or by contacting newjil player support at [email protected].

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your newjil Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number.

• You must not share your newjil Login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your newjil Account and update it regularly.
• newjil will never contact you to request your password or full OTP via any channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• You must notify newjil immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• newjil accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Permitted Payment Methods

newjil supports deposits and withdrawals via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The availability of specific methods may change from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. newjil reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from your own payment account and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Prior to processing any withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC-verified. Withdrawal requests from accounts with incomplete KYC will be placed on hold until verification is completed. newjil targets withdrawal processing within standard operational timeframes, though processing times may vary by payment method and bank.

5.4 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of your newjil Account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at newjil's discretion. Players with verified accounts may be eligible for higher transaction limits subject to account history and compliance review.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

newjil is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. newjil reserves the right to request documentation regarding the source of funds for any transaction and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending AML review. Players who are unable to satisfactorily demonstrate the legitimate source of deposited funds may have their accounts suspended and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

newjil offers promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published alongside each offer.

• Bonuses are available to fully registered and KYC-verified players only.
• Each promotion is subject to a specified wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus validity periods are fixed. Any unused Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress will expire at the end of the stated validity period and cannot be reinstated.
• newjil reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, adjust wagering requirements, or modify promotion terms at any time, with changes communicated via the platform or registered email address.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• newjil reserves the right to withhold bonus-related winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the newjil platform — including slots, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), bingo, Mega Fishing, Table Tennis betting, and sports betting — are subject to individual game rules that are available within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. newjil does not accept requests to reverse, cancel, or adjust placed bets except in circumstances of a verified technical error on the platform.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including server disconnections, game crashes, or interrupted transactions — newjil will endeavor to restore game state from server-side records. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned at newjil's discretion.
• newjil's records are the definitive record of all game outcomes and transactions. In any dispute, newjil's server-side records shall be treated as conclusive evidence of the transaction history.
• Displayed odds, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and payout tables are accurate to the best of newjil's knowledge. newjil reserves the right to update game offerings, odds, and rules at any time with reasonable notice.
• Sports betting markets — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and sabong — are subject to event-specific rules that govern settlement, void conditions, and late score amendments. These rules are published within the sports betting section of the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the newjil platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

• Registering or operating more than one newjil Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino and poker-style games.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical glitches to obtain credits, bonuses, or winnings beyond what would ordinarily result from legitimate gameplay. Any such exploits must be reported to newjil immediately; exploiting and failing to report constitutes a serious violation.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to deposit and withdraw funds for purposes other than legitimate gaming entertainment.
• Engaging in fraud against other players, against newjil, or against payment processors used in connection with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any content, software, game logic, or data from the newjil platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing newjil support staff or other players through any communication channel connected to the platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

newjil is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the platform. We recognize that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to support those players seriously.

9.1 Player-Controlled Limits

All newjil players may set deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and wagering limits through their account settings. These controls are available immediately upon login and we encourage all players to set limits proactively before beginning each gaming session.

9.2 Cooling-Off Periods

Players who wish to take a temporary break from gaming may activate a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 90 days. During a cooling-off period, your account will be inaccessible for gaming and deposits, though withdrawals of existing balances remain available.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe they have developed a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the newjil platform. A self-exclusion request will result in permanent account closure. 9.4 Age Protection

newjil strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If you share a device with minors, we strongly recommend using device-level parental control software to prevent access to gaming platforms. newjil accepts no liability for access by minors resulting from a player's failure to secure their device or account credentials.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the newjil platform — including but not limited to the newjil brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of newjil or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the newjil platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the newjil platform.
• Use the newjil name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract source code from any newjil software.
• Create derivative works based on any newjil content or game logic.

Any unauthorized use of newjil intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, newjil's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

newjil shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical failure, or game error.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a player's account where such access resulted from the player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Losses resulting from a player's reliance on any information displayed on the platform that contained an error or inaccuracy.
• Interruptions to gaming services caused by factors beyond newjil's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service provider failures, government action, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit newjil's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

newjil reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, newjil will provide advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the newjil platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

The current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at newjil.app/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and newjil, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting newjil player support. For disputes that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

newjil operates within the PAGCOR-regulated online gaming market in the Philippines. Players who believe that newjil has failed to comply with its regulatory obligations may direct complaints to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority.
